How we help

Gentle guidance, every step of the way

01

We listen

Every family and every story is different. We begin by simply listening — over the phone, in our showroom, or at your kitchen table.

02

We design together

You will see a drawn proof of the memorial before any stone is cut. We refine it together until it feels exactly right.

03

We craft it with care

Our family shapes, carves, and letters the stone in our own workshop, the same way we have for three generations.

04

We set it in place

We deliver and set the memorial ourselves, working with the cemetery so everything is handled gently and correctly.

"What we leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others."
— Attributed to Pericles

Questions & answers

Helpful answers, before you call

Some of the things families ask us most about monuments, granite, and visiting our Malden, Missouri showroom.

What types of monuments and headstones do you make in Malden, MO?

As a monument company serving Malden, MO and Southeast Missouri, we craft upright monuments, single and companion headstones, flat grave markers, slant monuments, granite benches, angel memorials, specialty-shaped monuments, vases and statuary, and fully custom memorial designs. Every piece is made from enduring granite and finished by our family.

What granite colors are available for headstones?

We offer a range of granite headstones in Malden, Missouri, including Absolute Black, Georgia Gray, Blue Pearl, Dakota Mahogany, Morning Rose, Emerald Pearl, Bahama Blue, and Paradiso. Because granite is a natural stone, colors and patterns vary from piece to piece. We are happy to show you samples in person at our Malden showroom.

Can I personalize a headstone with designs, lettering, or an etched portrait?

Yes. Personalization is at the heart of what we do. We can add carved designs, religious symbols, favorite verses, custom lettering styles, and etched portraits or scenes. You will see a drawn proof before any stone is cut, and we refine it together until it feels exactly right.

Do you make companion monuments for two people?

We do. Companion headstones honor two people side by side on a single stone — a lasting symbol of a life shared. Designs often join two names with wedding dates, rings, or a scene that was meaningful to both, with room left for a future inscription when needed.
